Print Manager Plus is a software designed to manage printing in a Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment or in a Windows Workgroup setup.

It assumes that print jobs from client workstations are spooled to a Windows server/workstation acting as a print server, and not forwarded directly from the client workstation to a network-connected printer, or to a shared printer connected to a workstation.

Printers connected to a Windows NT/2000/XP workstation can also be successfully managed.

Print Manager Plus allows you to export any report into a variety of flexible formats. These formats include, Adobe PDF, Crystal Reports, HTML, MS Excel, MS Word, CSV and a variety of other formats.

Print Manager Plus allows you to track, quota, and restrict student printing and printer usage for a complete print management solution. This print management system gives you control over all of your printing resources, namely printers, paper, and toner.
